10:00 am to 1:00 pm  Cooking Class with Chef Andrea

Immerse yourself in authentic Italian cooking, with Chef and longtime friend of AUR, Andrea Consoli. You will prepare a four-course meal: appetizer, fresh pasta, second course and dessert. Your hard work in the kitchen will pay off when you enjoy your meal together with friends (and wine!)

2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Alumni Exclusive Rome Tour

AUR Alumnus Mike Botula will lead an off-the-beaten-path tour of Rome, leading you through the catacombs of San Domitilla, just off the path of Appia Antica! Mike is known for his cool, adventure-filled tours, and has planned an exciting day for fellow alumni.  All ages welcome.           

2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Vintage Trastevere Photography Walk

(Meet at: Piazza San Cosimato)

Journey back to the days of your student adventures in the charming Trastevere neighborhood! Participants will be equipped with their own disposable film cameras (€20 disposable camera included)! Guiding you through this nostalgic adventure is our own photography wiz, Maria Pichiyienko, offering expert tips on capturing the perfect shot. This event is suitable for all!
